Publisher's Policy

Advertising: All advertising is subject to the Publisher's approval. The Publisher, at his or her discretion, reserves the right to reject any advertising for any reason. Cancellations: No cancellation is accepted after the 10th of the month for the following months publication.

Position: All ad positions are at the discretion of the Publisher except specific premium positions agreed by contract.

Terms: All advertising is pre-paid. All invoices are due upon receipt if credit is extended with a 1.5% late charge per month on unpaid invoices over 30 days.

Acceptable Media

Pearland Focus Magazine accepts digital ads via e-mail or Macintosh CD. The digital file must be high resolution pdf's with imbedded fonts or a file in Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign formats. Film is NOT accepted. All ads and images must be CMYK and saved at 300 dpi in TIFF or EPS format. No RGB or PMS or spot colors are accepted.
